Winemaker Stefano Posenato decided to do a late harvest to give particular characteristics and sensations to the wine you are now tasting. The grapes were carefully controlled every day between the 6th of October and the 15th of November. The grapes were hand-picked and then worked with passion by Stefano Posenato.
