This wine is the result of the careful selection of the best grapes of the vine Garganega, hand-picked in our vineyards in Monteforte D’Alpone (VR) land of Soave.
After a short period of drying, up to the “first days of November”, the grapes are transformed into wine by the passion of Stefano Posenato.

Position: South/South-East
Maturation: 4 months in steel
