Characteristics: Of a deep, strong ruby red. Delicate at the nose with red fruits and cherry hints. The flavour is dry, delicately smooth and slightly bitter. To go with: Ideal with the traditional “risotto” of the fall (mushrooms and radicchio), grilled meat or wild game like peccary and hare. To be served at a temperature of 18/20 C. It would be advisable to uncork the bottle at least an hour before serving.
