Cabernet Merlot CAO
CAO red wine made from Cabernet Franc and Merlot grapes and with the addition of the Corvina grape. From vineyards in the plain of Roncà (VR) and hand-picked grapes. It is a wine created experimentally in the process of vinification of red wines with the technique of white wines. Result? Due to its freshness and drinkability, it fits very well as an aperitif and for an evening with friends.
CAO is a red wine to be kept in the refrigerator and served at 14/15 degrees.
