To all guests of our establishment and anyone else who may be interested, we are pleased to offer guided tours and tastings with our company. We warmly welcome our guests to our cellar, where we provide an experience rooted in four generations of the Posenato family.
During the tour, we explain the stages of wine production, from pressing to bottling. At certain times of the year, you will have the unique opportunity to savour the distinctive and irreplaceable aromas associated with various phases of wine evolution, including its creation, pressing, fermentation, maturation, and bottling.
The tasting experience includes the following options:
- Two wines plus savoury snacks – £20 per person
- Three wines plus savoury snacks, a cheese board, and dried fruit – £25 per person
- Four wines plus savoury snacks, a cheese board, and risotto – £35 per person
- Five wines plus savoury snacks, a cheese board, risotto, and dessert – £40 per person
